Meet the team

  • Tanvi Ghate

    FOUNDER

    Driven by curiosity and an innate passion to bring people together, Tanvi is every woman’s cheerleader! A voracious reader, she loves narrating stories and learnings from her repertoire. She has a keen eye for art and travels to the breadths of the country in her pursuit of stories and handicrafts.

    Tanvi has spent a decade in corporate India as a seasoned VC and corporate lawyer. She currently leads structuring investments of Lightbox Ventures in consumer tech startups.

    ‘Everything I was reading on the internet, lacked emotion. In the age of AI and ML, women will thrive if they are able to leverage their emotions.’

  • Vinda Dravid

    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

    Vinda manages the social media content for Sakhee Collective, helping shape narratives of interesting women through meaningful conversations. She also works with other organisations, specifically NGOs focused on wildlife conservation, animal welfare, education for the visually impaired, and projects she believes in, crafting strategies that engage and educate diverse audiences.

    A curious soul at heart, she thrives on asking questions - whether in interviews with extraordinary women, through digital content or simply connecting with friends. When she’s not following her professional curiosities, she’s exploring new adventures, painting abstract art, or is curled up with a cosy book & her cats in secluded places - preferably in the mountains.

  • Tanay Bhatawadekar

    PHOTOGRAPHER/ VIDEOGRAPHER

    A self-proclaimed dog lover first and human second, he simply can’t walk past any dog-be it a stray or a pet- without whistling to them or stopping for a quick pet.

    With a camera always in hand, Tanay brings moments to life — whether it’s capturing the playful and mischievous charm of pets through his professional pet photography or documenting authentic conversations for The Sakhee Collective’s video series.

    Beyond his work, Tanay has deep love for music, design, cars and driving— preferring road trips to other modes of transport and willing to drive hundreds of kilometres for the joy of driving.
